At BlushSport, we believe getting your gear should be as smooth as your post-workout cool-down. That's why we offer free shipping on every single order — no minimum, no fine print, no catching you off guard at checkout.

Free Shipping — Always
Every BlushSport order ships free, everywhere. Whether you're ordering one resistance band or a full home gym setup, you will never pay a shipping fee. We mean it.
•    Free standard shipping on all US orders
•    Free international shipping to all supported countries
•    No order minimum required
•    No promo codes, no hoops — just free shipping, period

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. From there, here's what to expect:
United States
•    Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
•    Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM EST are processed same day
•    Weekend orders are processed the following Monday
International
•    Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (may vary by destination)
•    Some international orders may be subject to customs processing, which is outside our control
•    Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

How We Ship
BlushSport fulfills all orders through AutoDS, our trusted dropshipping fulfillment partner. This allows us to offer fast, reliable shipping worldwide. Once your order is placed, AutoDS handles the pick, pack, and dispatch — and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, reach out to us — we've got you.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, simply attempt checkout — unsupported regions will be flagged automatically. Questions? Drop us a line before ordering.

Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to hit our delivery windows, occasional delays can happen due to:
•    High order volume during sales or new launches
•    Carrier delays caused by weather or peak seasons
•    International customs processing
•    Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and around your property first — carriers occasionally leave packages in unexpected spots. If it's truly missing after 2 business days of the marked delivery date, contact us at hi@blushsport.com and we'll open an investigation and make it right.
